Lumi-
Numi
A small creature that lives with you — desk, shelf, backpack, pocket. It notices you, has moods of its own, and gets on with others like it.
Pre-order $49A tiny buddy with a face
Lumi is a pocket-size companion: it hears you, talks back, keeps you company on the desk. Sit down and it turns your way.
A GPT-powered voice assistant with a face: ask it anything, let it run your smart home — lights, plugs, scenes — and get your phone’s notifications, timers and notes on the same little screen.
- Talksask anything, it answers out loud
- Notificationsshows who’s writing and who’s calling
- Smart homelights, plugs, scenes — by voice
- Timer & notes“ten minutes”, “write this down”
- Walks with youcounts today’s steps and is proud of them
They talk to each other
One chirps, one argues, the third can’t stop laughing. Nobody wrote that exchange — it comes out of what they hear from each other and from the room around them.
Out in the wild.

The body is a cartridge: Lumi slots into a printed shell and becomes someone else. A wave, a panda, a pineapple, a Roman helmet — one piece of plastic, no screws, no electronics, and the screen stays wide open. Print the ones you like, design your own, swap them in a second.

Lumi is still a prototype — the first STL files are coming soon.
What’s inside.
Lumi is built as a platform, not a one-off toy. The head you see here is the first form: glass, screen, board, battery, shell — every layer, nothing hidden.
Next come bodies that move — a rolling base, a small walker — and open 3D-printable parts, so you can give it a new shell, a stand, or a body of your own.

It tells you
who’s writing.
Lumi shows your notifications and helps you not miss the calls that matter. Connect over Bluetooth — that’s it.

On the screen.
A face most of the time. Put a few of them side by side and they start showing widgets — weather and time, an aquarium, your messages. Widgets are set up by voice: just ask for what you want to see.

One face, many bodies.
Lumi is a prototype — born yesterday, still growing. The head you’ve seen is its first form. The platform is being built to be universal: the same face, voice and brain drop into other forms — a desk arm that turns to you, a round Lumi on wheels, a box-head on legs that walks after you, a panel on your wall. Same character, different bodies.
